Our Design Process

Select the design package & payment plan that best suits your needs and place your order for the project.

A project manager will contact you to confirm your order and obtain any additional information needed. A project agreement will be sent to you. Once we receive your signed agreement and initial payment, your order will be finalized and scheduled for production.

Once your order has been finalized, we'll ask you to complete a short design questionnaire.

The completed questionnaire will give us valuable information about your company, your products & services, your customers, and your goals for the project and will allow us to begin the process of creating design concepts and ideas for your project.

Our designers will create design concepts for your project and present to you for your feedback.

Based on your feedback of our design concepts, we will revise the designs as needed and re-submit to you for feedback and/or approval. Your approval of the overall design is required in order for us to move forward to the final stage of completing your project.

Once you have approved the design concept, we will begin the process of putting everything together. We will create and layout all pages, add text & photos, and complete any programming needed.

We will present the completed project to you to get your feedback and approval on the site. Once your approval is received, the final files will be sent directly to you.
